DESCRIPTION
This session will equip participants with the personal skills, confidence and practical techniques to deliver presentations that are professional, compelling and authentic. While best practice techniques will be explored, the emphasis will be on how individuals can enhance their own personal styles and traits to best effect and therefore appeal to the widest range of audiences.
The module can focus on the type of presentations that leaders are likely to do and their audiences – e.g. internal presentations to The Exec/Board, Peers or team members or external parties (clients, partner organisations etc.).
