DESCRIPTION
This module explores the difference between criminal and civil law, and how a typical liability policy responds to such claims. Delegates will explore policy wordings to determine how the policy will respond to different claims situations in negotiating settlements.
Delegates will also understand what covers will pick up different claims. Finally, delegates will understand typical extensions and exclusions under a policy to determine what the policy will pay for when a claim is submitted.

- Identify how the policy responds to claims to public, product and employer’s liability claims
