DESCRIPTION
Using the Insights Discovery model, the course will allow leaders to learn more about themselves and their teams to appreciate similarities, differences and team dynamics. The Insight findings will inform the learner and enable this module to support the development of enhanced coaching skills.
The TGROW model will form the framework of the coaching conversation with the emphasis being on setting clear goals and outcomes and robust action plans to achieve success.
*There is an additional cost for having full Insights Discovery© profiles. Profiles will need to be completed to run this course if haven’t already been completed.

- Recognise your preferences, strengths and development areas
- Create an action plan to become a more effective leader
- Understand how the TGROW model works, and how to use in coaching conversations
